So afer a brief hiatus for exams I am back. Exams...were a bitch. English was ok...but that timed writing was just evil. I would have had a 100% on my calc exam...but I changed a few answers last minute and ended up with a 79%. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck! Bio was today and I am quite pleased about that one. Top score was 62%. My score was 60%. 3rd highest in the class. So basically my final grades will be 2 A's and 4 B's....I should say goodbye to my 4.27 gpa and 20/300-something rank. Any hope of getting back above 15th is shot down because some people decide to take all honors and get better grades in those instead of APs.

My performance this semester has been far from spectacular. I'm slowly slipping out of the ranks of the "exceptional students" and back down to "average". There is no way I will last in Florida Tech...or even USF! If I'm lucky the rest of the year I will just pass the Calc AP exam.......I swear I'm getting stupider as time goes on...

Or I'm just too hard on myself. I push myself way to hard to get A's...and only come out with B's. I spend hours studying or doing homework...hell I even do homework at work. Maybe I am pushing myself too hard....

Thank god its break now. 17 days to recoup and get my head straight again. 17 days before I have a second chance to redeem myself after the worst semester I've ever had...

Wow. Today was the last full day of school for the semester. Just three exams left. Wow.
Break is gonna be full of homework: read Huck Finn for english; take-home test thing for calc; tons-o-scholarships.
Speaking of scholarships...one is due the 15th (yes folks that is just 3 days away), another the 19th. I'm gonna be one busy girl. Good thing there are no essays on either.
My grades aren't too bad this six weeks. 86% in english...highest grade yet (that 90 on the last timed writing didnt hurt), 80% in calc (just squeeked by...remind me never to study for math again), 88% in european history (just like in english...I want a fucking A), 88% in biology (assuming our curve is 20 points, if not its an 87).

When we come back for second semster I am going to apply myself into everything I do...even if it means quitting Publix before June 30th.

OK yesterday...Friday...nothing really happened. Bio test was postponed until monday...which is really really good. Then work.

Today was the ACTs. This is for sure the last time I take either the ACT or SAT. If I don't make the 28 then fuck it...I'll settle with 75%. I'm gonna go christmas shopping sson...as soon as my brother gets home from wherever he is cause I know he wants to go.
